We do our best to ensure that each and every one of our customers are completely happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (unless specifically stated otherwise). We do require returns to be sent back within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags still intact and all accessories included. A refund will be sent back for the cost of merchandise less any shipping costs. Please allow us up to 5 business days from the time we receive the return to process and issue your refund.
If the item(s) are missing any parts/accessories or there are any signs of wear, damage, heavy perfumes or smoke, we will not be able to issue the refund. The item(s) will then be sent back to the customer at the buyers expense.
